What payment methods are available ?
For Global site : You can pay safely and conveniently either directly with your PayPal account or by any acceptable credit card through PayPal. The later do not require any PayPal account. For bulk order, we will provide bank transfer instructions by email.
For Indian site : We accept all major credit and debit cards, Net Banking, NEFT, RTGS and even Cheque, DD or Money Order also

Is the ordering process secure ?
At our online tea store you can shop safely and confidently. We use PayPal, the most trusted and best payment solution all over the World. All credit card transactions are monitored by the leading banks in most secured system. We do not store or use any credit card information on our server for security reasons.

How much does shipping cost
For Global : Any order of amount US$80.00 or above are door delivered to the designated address, without any extra shipping charges. If the order amount lower than US$80.00, in that case we use to charge on actual basis, depending on destination country. Kindly remember, we do not deliver to any PO Box no. We are not liable of any other charges, like custom clearance charge, local tax, import duty etc if any, to any specific country, other than the shipping charge of order value US$80.00 or above.

For India : Any order of amount Rs.500.00 or above are door delivered to the designated address, without any extra courier charges. If the order amount lower than Rs500.00, in that case we will charge flat Rs150.00 per kg basis and that will have to be borne by the buyer.

Do you ship to my country ?
Eden’s Tea provides worldwide shipping. The majority of our orders are from the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, UK and other European countries.

How long does it take to receive my order ?
All orders are typically dispatch within two business days. And it will reach you within 7-12 working days either by express courier or air mail.
In India we deliver within 5 working days.

How do you pack my order
Your items are packed carefully by our expert logistics team. We use hard cartoon boxes to ensure the safety of your valued order.

Can I track my order ?
